Fake Training Institute who were in the name of jobs in the army and police in the police, two arrested updated: Sat, 11 Oct 2025 06:21 PM (IST) State Bureau, Jagran, Kolkata: Police have a false training institute in the Barrackpore Commissioner of the North District Kolkata which was in the name of the North Parganas district. In this regard, police have arrested two people accused of running this false institute. It is alleged that young people who are working, have charged large amounts of money in the name of training in this false institute and that their work was promised in the army or police. The names of the arrested accused are Gopal Das and Nirmal Maiti. According to police sources, this training institute was managed in a densely populated area in the Mohanpur police station under Barrackpore commissioner. Training for seven to 10 days was given in the institute. Based on the information, the policy team carried out the attack on Thursday on the command of the Barrackpur Police Commissioner Muralidhar Sharma. Both accused were caught from the place. Their cell phones were also confiscated. According to police resources, Nirmal Maiti is a retired soldier. Which opened this false institute after retirement.
