The lawyer said the current fees are one crore calls. The hospital lawyer said the man started an alternative family. However, Justice Sinha did not interfere with family matters. The state attorney said the state has shelter houses with free services. But the employees of the state shelter house do not have the expertise to care for the sick patients. Nyayayayamurthy Sinha instructed the Advocate General to appear in the case on April 9, notify them whether the state has any rules for such people and to represent any solution. The court also ordered the man to be present in court that day. After Gupta did not attend the health panel trial, Justice (retired) Ashim Kumar Banerjee told Apollo that it was a suitable case to go to the courts. The patient is currently kept in a normal bed in the neurosurgery section of the hospital and the nurses in turn take care of him.
