'Pray for your happiness, health and peaceful life ahead ...': Bina Kak shares a heartfelt Rakhi message for 'Brother-like Son' Salman Khan

Mumbai (Maharashtra) [India]August 9 (Ani): Salman Khan, often called Bollywood’s ‘Bhaijaan’, shares a special bond with actress Bina Kak, a relationship that goes beyond films, because she is also happening to be his Rakhi sister. Every year on Raksha Bandhan Bina binds a Rakhi to Salman. But this time their annual tradition had to take a break, as the actress is currently recovering from a broken ankle and could not meet him in person. Although she could not meet him, Bina made sure she sent her love and blessings. Bina called Salman her ‘brother-like son’, and shared old photos with the ‘Sultan’ actor on Instagram, along with a beautiful note. Her caption reads: “Since I recover from a broken ankle, I will miss you on Rakhi Day, my dear Salman, my brother-like son … I pray for you happiness, long, healthy and peaceful life ahead. Much love and blessings always, dear salan @beingsalmankhan.” For those who do not know, Bina Kak Salman’s mother played on the screen in Maine Pyaar Kyun Kiya (2005) and God between Great Ho (2008). Salman Khan has two sisters, Alvira Khan Agnihotri and Arpita Khan, and brothers, Arbaaz Khan and Sohail Khan. On the work front, Salman Khan was recently seen with Rashmika Mandanna in ‘Sikandar’. The film also played Kajal Aggarwal, Sharman Joshi, Sathyaraj, Jatin Sarna, Sanjay Kapoor, Pratik, Smita Patil and Kishore. In the film, Salman Sanjay “Sikandar” Rajkot, a man trying to correct his past after a tragic incident. Despite big names, Sikandar, directed by Ar Murugadoss, failed at the box office. Khan will be seen noting the Indian Army Uniform in Apoorva Lakhia’s director ‘Battle of Galwan’, based on the clashes of the Galwan Valley at the India-China border in 2020.
