Fertilizer distribution system will be online as well as offline: Shivraj Singh Chauhan
Vidisha, October 17 (IANS). In Madhya Pradesh’s Vidisha district, Union Agriculture Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan said about fertilizer distribution that there will be offline along with online arrangements. He reviewed the work of the agriculture department in Vidisha. During this, the availability of seeds and fertilizers and arrangements for distribution of fertilizers for the preparation of the upcoming Rabi crop were also discussed. The Union Agriculture Minister said that a decision has been taken today that the online system will continue. Fertilizer will also be given offline because many farmer brothers do not know how to operate many things online. Farmers said that arrangements should be made to supply fertilizers offline. The ministry allocates fertilizers, the work to allocate fertilizers continues according to the needs of the state. The needs of the place have been assessed and the fertilizer requirement is as per it, although the fertilizer is sufficient, but the demand for DAP is high. There were discussions on how to ensure adequate availability of fertilizers including DPP and NPK. He said that the administration will also monitor the distribution system daily so that the farmers do not face any problems. Along with fertilizers, there were discussions about the development works of the city. Here construction of roads or other things, many things were pending for many days, which were also discussed. Referring to the needs of his parliamentary constituency Vidisha, the Union minister said that the future needs of Vidisha, the development works, all the topics including cleanliness have been reviewed. In the future, the city must be clean, roads must be built, the sewage works that are underway must also be completed on time. Efforts will be made to ensure that there is no deficiency in the development of Vidisha, the problems arising due to rain should also be removed and the works which are delayed should also be completed on time and some new works should also be approved.
