The Rouse Avenue Court has ordered the Tihar jail administration to submit an investigation report to the safety of Christian Mitchell, who is accused in the Agustawestland case. The Special Court of Rouse Avenue has ordered the Tihar prison administration to offer the investigative file on the safety of prisons Middleman Christian Mitchell in the Agustawestland case. Special Judge Sheev Aggarwal instructed the senior legal officer of the headquarters of the prison to submit the file during the next trial held on June 6. The court hears Mitchell’s application for security. Mitchell demanded that he consider the findings of the investigation report on August 29, 2019 on his security arrangements in prison. During the hearing, the prison administration claimed that Michelle filed an application after a gap of nearly six years. The prison administration also told the court that the application filed by Mitchell is based on estimates and speculation. It is also said that Mitchell’s life is currently in Tihar’s prison number -Four and he is completely safe in custody. The court said the case of serious concerns, the issue of serious concern, was argued by Mitchell that the investigation report was completely different and against the statements of various witnesses submitted during the said investigations. He requested that the related investigation file be summoned for better clarity. The court said the case was a serious concern. The court noted that Mitchell’s allegation that a co-prison was trying to kill him. Mitchell said it was a pre -planned conspiracy to end him by poisoning her enemies. In February 2025, Mitchell High Court granted bail in the money laundering case by the CBI and the Delhi High Court in March. However, Mitchell did not receive bail with reference to safety.
