Fire Brigade will run like PCR in the narrow streets of Delhi, CM Relha Gupta will set - NCR Delhi Fire Department launches Quic Response Vehicles for now streets
Mohammad Saqib, New -Delhi. The fire department has launched a new initiative to control the incidents of fire in the narrow streets and overcrowded markets of the capital. Often large fire trucks are delayed to reach these areas, causing a form of fire and problems in the rescue campaign. To solve this problem, the department will now deploy a Quick Response Vehicle (QRV) for small vehicles. Chief Minister Velha Gupta will formally reveal the scheme on September 17. According to officials, the move will reduce the reaction of the fire department to a significant decrease in time and will largely prevent loss of lives and property. According to Ak Malik, deputy fire officer of the fire department, these small and modern vehicles will be deployed on selected places on the lines of the police. This place is where incidents of fire often come to light and firefighters in these places must have problems. After deploying these vehicles, they will now reach the place immediately and the action begins to control the fire. This will help control the initial flames and avoid major accidents. Under the scheme, 24 QRVs are deployed in the first phase, 26 in the second phase and 50 in the third phase in different sensitive markets and areas. The required firefighting equipment and trained staff will be present in these vehicles.
