Prabowo arrived in the US to attend the UN General Assembly, welcomed by the diaspora
Jakarta President Prabowo Subianto arrived in New York, United States (US), to attend the 80th United Nations General Assembly (UN) session. The arrival of Prabowo was welcomed by Indonesian diaspora in the US. Prabowo reported by Antara on Sunday (9/21/2025), Prabowo arrived at 16.50 local time at Jhon F Kennedy International Airport, New York, on Saturday (9/20). He was accompanied by his son, Didit Hediprasetyo, and Cabinet Secretary Teddy Indra Wijaya. Prabowo was welcomed by the permanent representative of the Republic of Indonesia for the United Nations in New York YM Umar Hadi and the military adviser of the Republic of Indonesia (PTRI) New York Brigadier -General Felix Lumban Tobing.
