Lda will make flat on land freed from mukhtar ansari
Lucknow, December 24 (IANS). The Lucknow Development Authority (LDA) will start building an affordable apartment on a 20,000 square feet in the Posh Dalibagh area, which is freed from the gangster -politician Mukhtar Ansari. The government plans to build 72 affordable apartments in two floors of two floating buildings on the ground, each of which will have 36 apartments for people who are economically harmed. Assistant engineer KP Gupta said the government handed the country to LDA for the residential complex in October. KP Gupta said LDA will complete this work by the end of 2024. The construction will start within a week. The allocation of apartments to qualified recipients will be managed by the District Urban Development Authority within a year. The construction contract, priced at Rs 3.50 crore, was given to a private company in Gorakhpur. The average price of an apartment was estimated at Rs 4.5 lakh to the subsidy. Specific prices for potential residents will be done in the last stage. The executive engineer of the LDA, Ajay Singh, said this step is a practical approach to removing the inequalities of housing using the assets seized for the benefit of the community. -Ians FZ/SKP shares this story tags
