Former East Java DPRD chairman, Kusnadi, received a RP fee. 79 billion related to bribery

Jakarta -The KPK has unveiled the fee’s commitment obtained by former East Java DPRD, Kusnadi, in the management of the East Java Provincial APBD Awards Funds (Pokmas) Awards Funds (Pokmas). The KPK said Kusnadi received a 20 percent fee commitment from each payout of grant funds given to the Pokmas Fund coordinator (corlap). “Brother Coast (Kusnadi), gets about 15-20 percent. So, for one program, the person of this DPR member gets a part of 15-20 percent,” acting acting and execution of the KPK Asep Guntur Rahayu said during a press conference in the KPK building, South Jacarta, Thursday (2/10/2025). Asep explained, the corlap gave 20 percent of the estimated grant funds paid by Kusnadi. This 20 percent fee commitment was given by the corlap at the beginning alias as a suspect known as ‘Ijon’, so that Kusnadi was willing to withdraw the award. Browse to continue with the content “to get the project to get yes, or the proposal is approved, now the corlap finally gives a little money. So the term is in the ‘ijon’,” Asep explained. Asep said Kusnadi received a ration of the most important award (Pokir) from the APBD from 2019 to 2022 as chair of the East Java DPRD at the time. The number of Pokir grants paid by Kusnadi is every year diverse. In 2019, Pokir Awards Funds were issued by Kusnadi worth RP 54.6 billion. In 2020 RP 84.4 billion, 2021 RP 124.5 billion and in 2022 RP 135.2 billion. If calculated as a whole, Kusnadi received a fee commitment of up to $ 79.74 billion for 4 years of payment of allocation funds. Asep also explained that the corlap, after the Pokir Awards Fund was paid out, would return to the massacre. The Korlap cut for themselves by 5 to 10 percent, 2.5% for Pokmas management and 2.5% for administrators making proposals related to submissions, so that the Pokir Awards Funds are paid to the corlap. ‘So the Pokir Fund that is truly used for community programs is only about 55-70 percent. If divided, it was taken earlier 20 percent for unscrupulous members of the council. Then 10 percent is for the corlap. Now it is already 30 percent. Then for Pokmas and other 10 percent. Now it’s about 55 percent. The KPK mentioned 21 suspects in this case. (YGS/YGS)
