Jakarta – The defendant, former governor of Bengkulu, Rohidin Mersyah, acknowledged Salah and apologized as he underwent the first trial at Bengkulu District Court. He will not even do the exception and admit that he has abused his authority as governor. After listening to the reading of the indictment of the prosecutor, the three defendants accepted the charges and did not execute the exception, and was willing to follow the next legal process. “I, as a former governor, said he would not carry out an exception and admit that he made a mistake and abused his authority as Governor of Bengkulu by asking for money,” the defendant Rohidin Mersyah was reported by Detiksumbagsel Monday (4/21/2025). The three defendants, Rohidin Mersyah, Isnan Fajri and Evpransyah before the judges of the judge Faisol chaired, accepted the accusation of the prosecutor and did not execute the exception.
