Bumrah played the first, third and fourth tests on England tour. It has already been decided that he will only play three Test matches. Former fast bowler Chetan Sharma said any patient should accept the advice of a doctor. He said this at Doorldarshan on the occasion of Prasar Bharati’s agreement with the London cricket analysis business CRICWIZ to broadcast 104 episodes of ‘The Great Indian Cricket Show’ on Doordarshan. He said: ‘If the medical team advises, if the doctor tells me that I want to take antibiotics, I should take it. If our physio asks a player to do a workload management, then I think we should listen to him, because he considers things better. Bumrah had to use the management of management due to a back injury, former captains such as Mohammad Azharuddin and Dilip Vengsarkar took Bumrah to play only three Tests.
