The Foundation Stone of the International Film City will be laid on June 26 at 17:00. Film stars are expected to meet in this event. Many large faces will also attend this ceremony. Film City will be developed on the banks of the Yamuna Expressway, it will be spread over a total of 1,000 hectares. The first phase of the project is developed at 230 hectares, which are divided into three subseles. In the first sub -phase, the Filmeljee, Filminstitute, Production Core and Modern Basic Facilities are produced on 80 hectares of land. The construction work aims to be completed within 18 months. It is noteworthy that in the case of delay in the work, a fine of Rs 10 lakh per day will be imposed, so that the work is completed in time and with quality. Film City is produced with the general effort by Berry Group and Bhutani Group. Both of these groups drafted the responsibility for setting up a detailed layout plan of the project, which was also approved. The purpose of this film city is not limited to the theater, but it will also set new dimensions in the field of employment and tourism. Thousands of people are expected to get direct and indirect employment. This project will also strengthen the cultural image of UP worldwide.
