Four historical bills related to the labor sector approved in the Bihar legislature congratulated Labor Minister
On Wednesday, four important and historical bills belonging to the labor sector were unanimously approved in the Monthstore session of the Bihar Legislature. After the transition of these bills, Santosh Kumar Singh, Minister of Labor Resources, Chief Minister Nitish Kumar congratulations, Deputy Chief Minister Samrat Chaudhary and Vijay Sinha as well as the people of the state. The Minister of Labor said that these bills will provide new opportunities and security to government workers, gig workers and competent human resources. The four major bills adopted are as follows-Jannayak Bharatratna Karpoori Thakur Kaushal University Bill-2025: This bill was brought for the purpose of promoting technical and vocational education in the state. Through this university, youth receive quality skills training. Bihar platform-based action (registration, social security and welfare) Bill-2025: In terms of this bill, gig workers (such as delivery agents, taxi drivers, etc.) will work in the state’s recognition, registration and social security benefits. Bihar store and establishment regulation and services) Bill-2025: This bill will regulate the terms of service and employment status of employees working in stores and businesses. Factory (amendment) Act-2010: This Act has been revised to further strengthen the safety, comfort and rights of workers working in industrial units. Share this story -tags
