Try less to get enough sleep to sleep enough. If your flight is night, try to sleep on the plane. This will help your body get into the new time zone. Drink plenty of water, especially during air trip, because the air in the plane is dry. Avoid alcohol and caffeine as it increases the lack of water in the body. Eat lights and nutritious foods during the trip, such as fruits, salads and sandwiches. Your digestive system will go well with small food and you get energy.
