Jagran Correspondent, Greater Noida. In Nangla Nainsukh village of Dadri Kotwali area in Greater Noida, a young man under the influence of alcohol shot dead his friend. After the murder was committed, the accused fled the scene. When the police swooped and caught him, the accused tried to escape by grabbing the police team’s pistol. In retaliation by the police, the killer was wounded by a bullet in his leg. The killer has been identified as Sachin of Chakrasenpur. The police arrested him and admitted him to hospital. The police recovered the pistol used in the murder at the behest of the killer. On the day of Diwali, accused Nangla reached his friend Rajesh’s house in Nainsukh village. Both of them sat together and started drinking alcohol in the company of Rajesh’s brother Satan alias Satendra. An argument broke out between the two over some issue while under the influence of alcohol. The killer took out a pistol and shot Rajesh in the chest. After the shooting, the killer fled the scene. Three cases have already been registered against him under different sections in Dadri Kotwali.
