Money back, victims of dress fraud thank you to the Duren Sawit police station

Jakarta -Winda Nur Aulia finally regained the money after being cheated by a work vakatures (Locker) business in Duren Sawit, East Jakarta. Pidie’s wife, Aceh, appreciated the quick response of the Duren Sawit police station. “Thank you, the police,” Winda said in a short video received by AFP on Wednesday (9/24/2025). This fraud mode is quite classic. The victim initially got a job offer at a coffee shop business with attracting attractive positions. However, to continue with the content, the victim was asked to first transfer administrative fees of RP 2 million in cash and via the alleged version of the offenders. The victim then reported this incident to the Duren Sawit police station. Police responded to the report without seeing the great value of the loss of the victim. Young businessman from Aceh, Teuku Azril, appreciated the quick response of the Duren Sawit police station. “If there are the police who are wrong, it is visited very quickly, slander, so public consumption. But if there are the police who really work indiscriminately, appreciation is often overlooked,” Azril said. Teuku Azril assessed that the performance of the Duren Sawit Sector Police should be an example for all police officers responsible for serving the community. “RP. 2 million is still public money. The police do not underestimate this report. Lost chicken, the chicken is being sought. This is the apparatus that turns the old stigma reversed, and this kind of example must be in Indonesia,” he added. Furthermore, Azril urged police not to stop on one report. According to him, the company that offers the locker room is already known as a ‘fraud machine’ that often captures victims with false job vacancies scheme. “This is not a matter of RP. 2 million. It may be that there are hundreds of other victims behind it. The police need to detect the flow of funds and take this network to the roots so that no more people are fooled,” he said. The victim’s money was returned earlier. “We are trying to continue the way by continuing problem solving. We are with the police in the reproduction, so that we make efforts, we are trying to communicate with the office,” Dwi explained. Duren Sawit police investigators then brought the victims and the company to find solutions together. In the end, an agreement was obtained by the company returned the money to the victim. “In the end, the money solution was returned to the victim,” he said. Meanwhile, Duren Sawit Chief of Police, AKP Sutikno, emphasized that the problem solving should not always be taken by law enforcement, but also resolved with a more humanistic win-win-win solution, so that all parties get justice and benefits.
