Tahwwur Rana's return BJP's failure: RJD -LP Sudhakar Singh

Buxar, April 11 (IANS). While the BJP calls it a great diplomatic success to bring Tahwaww Rana, accused of the 26/11 Mumbai attack from America, Buxar’s RJD -LP Sudhakar Singh called it a failure of BJP. MP Sudhakar Singh said: “I consider it no performance, but the failure of BJP, because the case lasted for 11 years. After the 2008 incident, all the legal documents were handed to the US to bring Tahwwur Rana to India during the UPA government, but the BJP government also worked to see it from Hindu-Muslims.” He said that the BJP, even about such serious national issues, did only politics and that the country would have to answer why it took 11 years to bring Tahwwur Rana to India? He said: “Those who do politics of nationalism will have to answer on the land.” Please tell that Tehwavur Rana was brought from America to India on Thursday. The National Investigation Agency (NIA) has arrested it as soon as it has reached IGI Airport in New -Delhi. Rana was then produced in the Special Court of NIA in Patiala House, where he was arrested 18 days after. NIA now questions Rana in detail about the conspiracy of the 2008 attacks in Mumbai, which killed 166 people and was injured more than 238. In the US, Rana made several legal efforts to prevent his extradition, in which he failed and extradition was possible after all petitions in the US Court were rejected.
