Kotwal Raghavan Kumar Singh says a case is registered against nine people, including accused man Mohammad cafe, mother -in -law Saliya Bano, sister -in -law Sama, Razia, Hajira, brother -in -law Salim, Safiq, second wife Nafisa and Hafiz Masroor.
