GBC 5.0 Hosting in UP in November; Projects worth Rs 5 lakh crore in pipeline
Lucknow chief minister Yogi Adityanath on Thursday instructed senior officials to prepare for the fifth groundbreaking ceremony (GBC) to be held in November for the implementation of investment projects worth more than £ 5 Lakh Crore in Uttar Pradesh. People who are aware of the incident said that the GBC 5.0 dates will be completed, taking into account the availability of Premier Narendra Modi for the event. The Chief Minister said a chair of a meeting of the Department of Industrial Development that four such groundbreaking ceremonies had been arranged in the past eight and a half years, bringing projects worth more than £ 15 Lakh-Crore and created jobs for more than 60 Lakh youths. Regarding the proposals for land allocation to various private industrial units, the chief minister said that the process of land acquisition should be done with harmony. He said: “Everyone has an emotional bond with their country; it is their lifelong capital. If the land is to be obtained in the interests of the state, they must get proper compensation. Not a single complaint of exploitation. Dialogue and coordination can be completed easily. There is question and in the best interests of farmers.” Share these story plates.
