The girl’s mother determined their relationship, but the accused broke that relationship by making false allegations. The girl says that when she goes to court for work, the accused is harassing her on the way. The young man is putting pressure on marriage. He threatened that if she did not marry him, he would pour sour on her face and destroy it. On October 6, the accused reached the girl’s home and started taking her by hand. The girl’s mother informed police by calling 112. Police reached the place and took the accused to Morata Post in Rajagar expansion. It is alleged that the outpost police released the accused and also refused to receive the girl’s complaint. The victim became upset with the police commissioner. By order of the Police Commissioner, a case against the accused was registered with the Nandgram police station.
