Maharashtra: Muslims from Mumbai expressed their displeasure over the Waqf Bill, the Supreme Court talks to relocate

Mumbai, April 4 (IANS). The WAQF (amendment) Bill 2025 was approved from both houses of parliament. Many Muslim mas are opposed to the bill and some support them. People of Mumbai’s Muslim community delivered their reaction on Friday while talking to the Ians news agency. Mohammad Saeed Noori of the Muslim community said: “The Waqf (Amendment) Bill has been approved in both the houses of Parliament. It is not completely better in Islam and Muslims. The government has its own thinking, on which they say that this bill is good and better for Muslims.” After supporting the bill on behalf of many Muslim communities, Noori said: “Sunni Muslims are responsible for it. If someone else supports it, it will not be seen well in the context of Islam. The statement that Sunni Ulama will give will be considered correct.” Regarding the contrast of the bill of all political parties, he said: “The Muslims voted for them, and therefore they pay their rights.
