Release the outcome of the appointment of 26 thousand assistants in Jharkhand in one month: Supreme Court

New -delhi/Ranchi, May 28 (IANS). The Supreme Court ordered within one month that the outcome of the appointment examination of approximately 26 thousand assistant Acharyas (assistant teachers) was in Jharkhand (assistant teachers) in Jharkhand in one month. While the Parimal Kumar and others were heard in this case, the Apex Court on Wednesday led the general secretary of the Jharkhand government and the Secretary of the Jharkhand State States Choice Commission (JSSC) to fail with the order to release the outcome and release a report in this regard. The court said that if the compliance report is not submitted by the state government, contempt will be initiated against the responsible officials. The Supreme Court also heard the Bedroom of Arind Kumar Thakur and others Wednesday, in which he demanded the involvement of the candidates who passed the Citet (Central Teachers suitability test) in the Jharkhand appointment exam in Jharkhand. The court not only rejected the arguments of those who filed the SLP, but also imposed a fine of five Lakh calls on them and called it a case to destroy the court time. In January, the Supreme Court, while related to this, ruled to ban the inclusion of the seat candidates in this exam. The court said that only Jeetate (Jharkhand teachers are eligible) that candidates have passed will be included in this appointment process. In Jharkhand, JSSC began the appointment of 26.001 posts by assistantmen in the year 2023. The exams were performed in different phases in the years 2023 and 2024. Due to many technical reasons, the result has not yet been released. In this regard, a pill was filed in the Jhark Hand High Court, in which the JSSC was said by JSSC during the hearing last month that the outcome would be released by September 2025. Now under the latest order of the Supreme Court, the commission will have to release the results by June 2025. –Is SNC/DSC Share these story marks
