The four -day Dussehra festival began on Thursday in the Shri Krishna Memorial Hall to encourage the cultural heritage of the state and to enjoy excellent art and music to the ordinary man. On the first day, the Divisional Commissioner Dr. Chandrashekhar Singh inaugurated the program. Durga Swarotsav will be organized for three days under it from Friday. It will be inaugurated at 6pm on Friday night, Governor Arif Mohammad Khan. Well -known artists at national level perform from 18:30 to 21:30 in this program that is arranged by Divisional Commissioner Office, Sri Krishna Memorial Development Committee, Arts, Culture and Youth Department and Spike McKay.
