Great action by Rajasthan Intelligence, Spying for ISI arrested

Jaipur, October 10 (IANS). Rajasthan Intelligence Division has arrested a man from Alwar on charges of spying for Pakistan’s Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI). The accused was identified as Mangat Singh, resident of Govindgarh in the Alwar district. A case was registered against him under the official secret law, 1923. An official gave this information on Friday. The officer said this arrest was made under ‘Operation Sindoor’. During supervision in the Alwar area area, officials found Mangat Singh’s activities suspicious, after which he was arrested. Investigation revealed that he had been in contact with the Pakistanian Intelligence Agency -Ooperative via social media for the past two years. He said Singh was allegedly honey power by a female Pakistani handler named Isha Sharma, who offered him money in exchange for cooperation. The official said he was accused of sharing sensitive information regarding the canton area of ​​Alwar and other strategic sites of India via social media platforms. The officer further said that his involvement was confirmed by the authorities following his interrogation by various intelligence agencies in the Jaipur-based central interrogation center and the technical investigation of his cellphone. He said that a case was registered against him in terms of the official secret law, 1923 in the Special Police Station of Jaipur. The official said CID (Intelligence) Mangat Singh arrested. Earlier, CID (safety) intelligence of Rajasthan police arrested a suspected Pakistani spy Mahendra Prasad, 32, of Jaisalmer on Tuesday. Mahendra was the manager of the Drdo Guest House and worked at the Chandan Field Firing Range. According to police, he was in contact with Pakistanic intelligence agents and leaked confidential information about India’s defensive activities. In addition, another person, Hanif Khan, was also recently arrested in JaisAlmer on charges of spying for the Pakistan’s intelligence agency, ISI. Cid Ig Vishnukant said Hanif Khan, a resident of Basanpir Juni in Jaisalmer, sends confidential information from the army to the Pakistani agency in exchange for money.
