Aadhaar -integration in bail relations, asked the Supreme Court Punjab, Haryana, Chandigarh to clear the attitude
More than a year after the Aadhaar integration and other instructions were issued by the Punjab and Haryana High Court to stop Pseudo identity in bail cases, an advocate filed a petition in the public interest in which the implementation of these instructions is claimed. A Bank of Chief Justice Sheel Nagu and Justice Ramesh Kumari, while hearing the case today, asked the lawyers of the State Punjab and Haryana to receive instructions from the Chandigarh administration. Now the case will be heard on September 18. In his petition, Advocate Kanwar Paul Singh argued: “To date, the defendants have done nothing to implement the instructions of this court in this case. In the bail cases, the ‘bad money good money from the circulation’ to replace the actual bail by professional bail, with a saying. Billets do not insist.
