Grobogan youth dies after being hit with motorbike, 2 offenders become suspects

Jakarta – A young man with the initials DA (22) from Grobogan, Central Java, was killed by two people because he was on a motorcycle. The victim died after being treated in hospital. “It happened on Friday (17/10) evening at 22.30 WIB, then the next day at 11.00 WIB the victim felt his head hurt, then he was taken to the hospital and there the person concerned was pronounced dead,” head of criminal investigation unit for the Grobogan police, AKP Rizky Ari Budianto, told journalists from the Grobogeng police. SCROLL TO CONTINUE CONTENT Rizky says the incident started when the DA victim encountered the alleged perpetrators with the initials A (20) and D (27) in the streets of Cingkrong Village, Purwodadi District, Grobogan. Upon arrival at the location, the victim was said to be speeding on his motorcycle. “The victim and the offender were riding in a vehicle that passed each other around the crime scene. Then the victim put his motor vehicle into drive,” Rizky said. The alleged perpetrators felt unacceptable and then turned and approached the victim and assaulted him with their bare hands. The victim returned home but complained of a headache the next day. The victim was taken to hospital and later died. Then the police conducted an investigation into the incident.
