CGST’s anti-uninhabited team arrested Bodo Rajkumar, a resident of Hyderabad, a chief accused in the case. The bail of the accused presented in the Siliguri ACJM court was rejected on Monday and sent judicial custody by May 5 to 14 days. According to the CGST division, Bodo is the manager of Rajkumar Royal General Contractor Private Limited by pretending to be a loan. He allegedly targeted people who want to take loans from the bank. Deceived his personal and financial documents by pretending to get loans. Trading licenses and GST numbers were obtained in the name of false matters based on these documents obtained on a false basis. Thereafter, false e-way accounts were generated on the government portal without the purchase and sale of home building materials such as bar, cement and brick. Using these false accounts, the input tax credit in GST has filed a lime of Rs 250 crore to the government box.
