The gang imported drugs from Ahmedabad and transported them to customers through Courier. Police have received secret information that a call center is operating in an area of ​​Rajkot, where the accused has deceived people by calling themselves doctors or medical representatives (MRS). He contacted social media and phone calls earlier. In two months, the gang contacted about 4,000 people and hunted hundreds. The manufacture of drugs took place in Ahmedabad, where a person named Kishan packed the drugs and sent them off the courier. During the investigation, police attacked the call center and seized goods on the value of rupees, including eight laptops and 17 cell phones. The accused sold medicine as ayurvedic or herbs, but it was false and harmful. During questioning, the gang members acknowledged that they earned big profits by buying medicine at low cost and selling it at a higher price. Superintendent of police Vijay Singh Gurjar said: “This operation is the result of vigilance of the cybercrime unit. We are calling on people to avoid such suspicious medicine and to buy verified sources.” Gurjar said the search for other gang members is underway and that a case is registered in the case under divisions related to fraud and cybercrime.
