Haldwani: 'Women Strong Family Health Fortnight' launched on PM Modi's birthday
Haldwani, September 17 (IANS). Under the ‘Seva Pakhwada’ celebrated across the country for the sake of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s birthday, ‘Women’s Strong Family Health’ Fortnight ‘started in the Nainital District Uttarakhand on Wednesday. The main purpose of these two weeks is to provide free health services to women and the general public. The major health camp held in the bosses hospital in Haldwani was inaugurated by former Union Minister and Nainital MP Ajay Bhatt. During this, he said that such programs are offered by service on Premier Modi’s birthday, so that a positive message will go into society and get people health benefits. Bhatt, with the emphasis on women’s health, said: “If the women of the country are healthy, the whole country will be healthy, because half of the population of the country is in the hands of women.” He informed that health camps were drawn up across the state, so that no person was deprived of treatment. During this health health health, a total of 162 health camps are erected in the Nainital district, including 3 major camps. In these camps, patients receive free facilities such as check, treatment, ultrasound and X-ray. The MP said that many government schemes such as Pradhan Mantri Health Insurance Scheme also provide free treatment to the people, which makes the general public a lot of relief. He said that mother is the first guru of children, whatever the learning she gives to her children, children move beyond her. Therefore, parents must be healthy.
