Jakarta – The hand of a man on Tidung Island, a thousand islands, is handcuffed after joking with his friend. Firefighters (Damkar) also intervened to remove handcuffs from his hand. “The object of the hand is not a coastal hand,” said Thursday (10/4/2025), head of North Jakarta Damkar Op Gatot Sulaeman. At the time, a group of residents found handcuffs. They then played the shackles ending in the hands of one of the men.
