Haridwar: 15 Prisoners closed in district prison, HIV positive, stumbling in the prison administration

Haridwar, April 9 (IANS). Shocking news came from the district’s jail of Haridwar in Uttarakhand. 15 Prisoners were found HIV positive. After this, there was a stir in the prison administration. HIV infected was confirmed in 15 people during the health examination of prisoners. The prison administration then moved HIV positive prisoners to separate barracks, where they are treated. There is also an atmosphere of fear among other prisoners in prison. According to Haridwar’s senior prison superintendent, a health camp was arranged on April 7 on the occasion of World Health Day in District Prison. Health tests were conducted for all prisoners in prison, in which HIV was confirmed in 15 prisoners. All positive prisoners are held in the same barracks. However, the big question is how 15 prisoners in prison became HIV positive. It is noteworthy that in the year 2017 16 prisoners were found in the Haridwar jail HIV positive during medical examination. Please tell that about 1100 prisoners are currently closed in Haridwar district prison. After confirming HIV, the team of the health department in the prison administration is now in a warning mode and is being treated. Explain that AIDS is a deadly disease that occurs after a human immune -disability virus (HIV) infection. After HIV infection, the immunity of the human body begins to decrease. Full treatment of AIDS was not yet possible. In HIV infected person, AIDS is identified only after the occurrence of potential symptoms. Possible symptoms of AIDS have been reported by the center of the prevention and disease prevention center. In HIV infected person, who does not suffer from any serious illness, the symptoms of AIDS can be examined based on special blood tests (CD4 plus cell calculation). HIV infection does not mean that the person also suffers from AIDS. Symptoms of AIDS can take 8 to 10 years to appear. AIDS can only be confirmed by doctors after investigations. HIV infection reduces the immunity of the body to such an extent that the body is then unable to fight other infections. -Ians fz/ share these story tags
