According to the information, a letter was written by Haryana’s chief minister Naib Singh Saini to give full water to Punjab chief Bhagwant Mann of BBMB. Chief Minister Saini said in his letter that he called Bhagwant Mann on April 26 and informed him of the situation and told him that Punjab officials implemented the decision made by the BBMB’s Technical Committee, on April 23, to Haryana, Punjab, Delhi and Rajasthan. On this, Chief Minister Mann gave him a clear assurance that he would immediately give instructions to his officers and execute the decision the next day.
