Sandeep Kumar was appointed assistant branch manager from the same bank branch from 12 August 2024 to April 8, 2025. He is a resident of Delhi, Rohini, Sector-3. Sandeep was also with Sandeep’s charge and Sandeep was also responsible for placing cash in the ATM. On April 3, 2025, the cashier Vikram Singh of Chaiyasa branch was on leave. In his absence, Sandeep Kumar received the cashier’s charge. Sandeep Kumar, while abusing his post, stole four lakh calls from the cash counter. Whose information was found during the closure of the cash of the branch. When he questioned Sandeep Kumar, he was found to have stolen the amount to repay his loans. Then, when the branch took place under pressure to put the stolen amount back, he put back four lakh calls. On April 7, 2025, cash in the branch was needed for any work. Therefore, he opened the cash by opening the ATM of the branch and found that there was a difference in the cash in the bank’s system and the cash in the ATM. 6.62 Lakhs missing. Sandeep Kumar was also questioned about this, and then he said he had withdrawn cash from the branch’s ATM. When asked to return this amount, he put down 2.30 lakh calls. Now he owes Rs 4,32 Lakh. Which he did not deposit. Information and complaint of this case was given to the police. Sandeep Kumar, while abusing his post, took the money out of the ATM of the branch and grabbed it. On May 21, a complaint was given to the police. Police have now registered a case after the investigation. Police are looking for the accused.
