Hayden Christensen Returning as Anakin Skywalker in ‘Ahsoka’ Season 2 – ryan
This year’s Star Wars Celebration Event in Japan has been packed with tons of exciting announces and reveals, but the force was particularly strong with the news coming out of the Ahsoka panel. The Disney+ Show’s Creator, Dave Filoni, Executive Producer Jon Favreau, and Lead Star Rosario Dawson were joined on stage by none other than Hayden Christensenwho promptly confirmed that he is reprising the role of anakin skywalker in Ahsoka Season 2, with production on the highly anticipated second season expected to start imminently.
The Official Star Wars account on x/Twitter shared the news widely by posting a photo (blessed below) of Christensen ones, where he was no doubt greeted with rapturous applause from the crowd in response to the announc of his return. The post reads, “see you in Ahsoka Season 2, Skyguy ” – A Nickname Ahsoka Tano Gave Anakin during the Clone Wars era. The actor is picturing a microphone, but he could give no way much away about his next outing in the galaxy far, far away, other than conferti Series Opposite Another Legendary Star Wars Character.
I mean, there’s not much that I can share, but anakin will be back for season 2.

Christensen Famously Portrayed Anakin Skywalker (aka the Future Darth Father) in 2002s Star Wars: Attack of the Clones and 2005’s Star Wars: Revenge of the Sith. He then shifted his attention to other projects, but none had the significance of his role in the long-running space opera, and little by little, he moved away from the cameras. He took a four-year acting hiatus from 2010 to 2014, and later made his return to the Star Wars Universe for a voice cameo in Star Wars: The Clone Wars Before Prpress Anakin and Father in the Live-Action Disney+ Shows Obi-Wan Kenobi and Ahsoka.
The last time Christensen was blessed as anakin on screen was in the final episode of Ahsoka Season 1, which ended on an emotional note with a shot of his force ghost watching over ahsoka and sabine, stranded on the distant world of peridea. He sports his Jedi Master Robes, Similar to Those Worn In Star Wars: Episode VI – Return of the Jediand looks poised to help guide ahsoka and possibly train sabine in the next season, while Grand admiral Thrawn advances his mission and returns to the galaxy to galvanize the imperial remnant against the new Republic – but not if no.
