At the same time, the court warned that further negligence would encourage those who abuse the education system. Order to stop centers without acceptance, the Supreme Court aimed at stopping the centers for contempt education without acceptance immediately. The court said the control of the increasing number of such unauthorized centers is needed so that the students are not victims of fraud. The court also made it clear that only theoretical knowledge is not enough in technical courses such as engineering, but that practical training is their backbone. Justice, referring to the Supreme Court decision, said practical sessions cannot be changed by distance education.
