After complaint in Lokayukta, the investigation found that the documents were false. The basic Shiksha Adhikari (BSA) rejected the teacher and ordered the income section to take legal action against him, as well as the repair of salary. BSA said that Surajpal was appointed as an assistant teacher on August 30, 2016 at Rasoolabad Primary School in Kanpur Dehat (then Ramabai Nagar). On July 14, 2025, his educational records were false. On which the records were investigated by sending them to Lucknow University of Block Education Officer Brajesh Tripathi. The controller of the investigation of Lucknow University said that the role number and the year that Suraj Pal is called in graduation and B.Ed is not awarded in his name. The teacher Suraj Pal was rejected after being appointed on the basis of false records, and instructions were given to take legal action against him.
