Health: Heart disease does not come in secret! Do you know what a big revelation America’s Northwestern University and South Korea’s Yonsei University made about heart attack? According to his new research, serious heart disease does not occur suddenly. This means that the body is already giving many signals of this. This research revealed that in 99% of cases, before any serious heart-related disease, such as heart attack, stroke or heart failure, some risk factor is present in the body. In the study, scientists analyzed 93 lakh Koreans and more than 7,000 American people. The heart-related data of all these people was followed for 20 years. In those who had diseases such as heart attack, heart failure or stroke, one of the factors included high blood pressure, high cholesterol, high blood sugar or tobacco use. More than 95 percent of patients in Korea had above normal blood pressure before heart disease. At the same time, also in America, the problem of high blood pressure was present in more than 93 percent of the patients before heart disease. Research has shown that heart diseases do not occur suddenly, but rather there are existing reasons behind them, which can be identified and prevented. These diseases can be fought by controlling high BP and sugar, quitting smoking and maintaining normal cholesterol. For more stories from Life & Style Click Here Click Here
