In fact, there was a terrible flood in Thach Village or Nichar subdivision of the Kinnaur district around 12:10. The water of three drains increased, which caused great damage to the farm groove and residential properties. Local people said that when the floodwaters came to the village, the villagers ran away from their homes because of panic and took refuge in the forest. According to the information, two vehicles were washed away in the grip of flooding. In addition, parts of houses and a livestock in Mastan Village were swept away in flooding. Many gardens have been destroyed, while the homes of Ranveer and three other residents are at the point of collapse.
