Jakarta – The Ministry of Forestry (Kemenhut) has intervened over the Raja Ampat area that is noisy due to the alleged mining. The Ministry of Forestry revealed that there were three companies that conducted mining in the Raja Ampat Forest area. The Director General of the Law Enforcement of Forestry, Dwi Januanto Nugroho, emphasized that the Ministry of Forestry would firmly protect the Raja Ampat area from activities that could cause forest and environmental damage.
