Himachal CM Sukhu's claim to address the British Parliament is False, Jairam Thakur has exposed

Shimla, October 14 (IANS). A major controversy arose about the visit of the Chief Minister of Himachal Pradesh, Sukhwinder Singh Sukhu, to England. Former Himachal Pradesh and leader of Jairam Thakur’s opposition made a startling attack and considered CM Sukhu’s allegation to address the British parliament as false. He said Chief Minister Sukhwinder Singh Sukhu became the first chief minister of the country to be falsely certified by the British Parliament. Actually, Chief Minister Sukhu went to England a few days ago. During this time, the state government and some media claimed that CM Sukhu addressed the House of the Lord of the British Parliament and that he became the first chief minister of the country to do so. But now the truth of this claim has come to light. Former Chief Minister Jairam Thakur said his office contacted the House of Lords by e -mail to determine the truth of this claim. The answer received from there exposed the Sukhu government. The email clearly stated that no official address of any kind was made in the House of Lords by the Himachal Pradesh chief minister. Jairam Thakur said that after September 19, no meeting or proceedings of the House of Lords took place. In such a situation, the claim of the chief minister addressed by the British Parliament on September 24 was completely manufactured and false. Thakur said that Chief Minister Sukhu crossed all limits of lie. He said sarcastically, “No one knows when the cm speaks the truth.” Thakur further said that the lying and distribution of rumors became a habit of the Sukhu government and that they also used lies to manage the government. He said that the chief minister, by such deceiving demands, not only brings off his own dignity, but also that of the state government. The use of government machinery to distribute false claims is a serious matter.
