He said it is very important to sign the MoU to realize the dream of providing flying training to NCC cadets in Kullu itself. This aircraft was earlier based at Patiala as a functioning hangar was not available at Kullu. The successful flight and landing took place under his guidance. This successful flight was done by Group Captain A. Bhardwaj, Commander, 3 Punjab Air Squadron NCC, Patiala and Wing Commander Kunal Sharma.
