Hindi Row: The Maharashtra government canceled the government’s resolutions (GRS) on three-language policy on Sunday, with CM Devendra Fadnavis announcing a panel over the implementation of language formula. CM Devendra Fadnavis said UDDHAV Thackeray accepted the proposals of Mashelkar panel on the implementation of three-language policy of Class 1. On Friday, June 27, the Language Advisory Committee made recommendations to the Government on matters regarding the marathi language, passed a resolution to retain the third language.
