The remaining work will be completed within the next few months. The renovation of PMCH is under the Prime Minister’s Health Protection Scheme (PMSSY). Under this scheme, the renovation of two other medical colleges in Bhagalpur and Gaya was completed. Recently, at the review meeting held at the level of general secretary and development commissioner, the situation was revealed about the implementation of the PM package. Jawaharlal Nehru Medical College in Bhagalpur and Anugraha Narayan Medical College and Hospital in Gaya were upgraded at a cost of Rs 200 crore. Both of these medical colleges started to look new. He was also inaugurated by the Union Minister of Health and Family Welfare in September last year. At the same time, the exercise is to upgrade PMCH in the final stages. It also cost more than Rs 200 crore. However, it was started with the inauguration of the building and other essential items. Rural roads, which were more than the target, were targeted to build a network of 22 thousand 500 km in PMGsy (Pradhan Mantri Gramin Sadak Yojana) to strengthen roads in rural areas of Bihar. But more than 2 thousand 864 km long roads have been prepared. 18 thousand 909 crore was spent on it, in which the center share is Rs 11 thousand 474 crore and the part of the state is Rs 8 thousand 706 crore. Petroleum and gas projects-the capacity of Barauni refinery under Bihar IOCL runs fast. This project of Rs 14 thousand 810 crore is likely to be completed by August 2026. So far, three projects have been completed under IOCL, which cost Rs 4,369 crore. This includes the construction of BS-4 and BS-6-level fuel treatment plants at the Barauni refinery at a cost of Rs 1.500 crore. The construction of pipeline between Motihari and Amlekhganj at a cost of Rs 324 crore. The expansion of the LPG pipeline between Paradip Haldia and Durgapur was completed at a cost of Rs 2.545 crore. Similarly, four HPCL projects were also completed, which cost Rs 176 crore. The capacity of LPG plant in Patna was doubled at a cost of Rs 45 crore. In this plant, an extra storage capacity of 1.5 tonnes was developed at a cost of Rs 15 crore. The LPG plant at Purnia has also been upgraded and its capacity has doubled. A new LPG plant is built at a cost of Rs 110 crore in Sagauli, Muzaffarpur, Bhagalpur is also part of the project in Bhagalpur and the Central University in Bhagalpur is part of the project. IIM is based in Bodh Gaya at a cost of Rs 543 crore. Studies have also begun from this institute. At the same time, the process of establishing the Vikramshila Central University near the Historical website Vikramashila in Bhagalpur quickly. The DPR was prepared by the School of Planning and Architecture, New -Delhi. It was sent to the Union Ministry of Education for approval.
