Criticism of the Supreme Court is wrong, the law runs out of Constitution: Sandeep Dixit

New -Delhi, April 18 (IANS). The Congressional Sandeep Dixit commented on Friday on a recent statement by the Vice President and the attitude of the Supreme Court on the WAQF amendment law in a special discussion with the IANS news agency. In addition, he interviewed the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) about the violence in Murshidabad in Western Bengale. Vice President Jagdeep Dhankhar recently said that the Supreme Court is in many cases acting like a ‘super -parliament’. In response, Sandeep Dixit said it is a pity for the vice president to say that. They should probably read the Constitution. The Supreme Court has the right to see if any law is against the spirit of the Constitution. If someone feels that the law is unconstitutional, he can go to court, and the court can hear it. The Vice President is also a constitutional post and the Supreme Court. Both have dignity, but criticism of the court is against constitutional responsibility. Sandeep Dixit said he was not aware of the matter after Vora Sama met the Prime Minister and praised the Waqf Amendment Act. On a question about the order of the court after the hearing in the Supreme Court over the WAQF (Amendment Act), Sandeep Dixit said the case is now under the Supreme Court, and it must now be seen what is happening next. People went to court with their arguments and objections. I did not review detailed information on what was discussed during the hearing, but the Supreme Court will review all the provisions at which people objected. I sincerely hope that it will decide on the basis of the Constitution and the law appropriate in the WAQF Act. He further said that if the government believes that this law is good, it can implement, but it is important to understand that the law does not work with the will of one person. If someone feels that a law is wrong, this country gives him the freedom to speak. The law does not see the majority or crowd, but look how right, logical and constitution is related. Everyone has to understand it. Those who support or oppose a law must see how constitutional and justified the law is. In addition, Sandeep Dixit re -entered the BJP’s question about the silence of the opposition about the violence in Murshidabad in West Beengale. He claims that there are repeated reports in Murshidabad that BJP workers spread riots in Muslim costumes. Some people were caught with Namaji hats told to the BJP. So BJP punished his people and apologized. They must answer themselves before the opposition. -Ians PSK/As Share This Story Tags
