Jaipur, October 9 (IANS). Home Affairs Minister Amit Shah will be in Jaipur, the capital of Rajasthan, on October 13. The Union Minister of Home Affairs will set up the proposed exhibition on new criminal laws with JECC, Sitapura. Meanwhile, Rajasthan’s chief minister Bhajan Lal Sharma held a high -level review meeting on Thursday about the preparations for the proposed visit of the Minister of Home Affairs to Jaipur. He instructed the officers to coordinate with each other and complete the related arrangements on time. He said that after the implementation of the Indian judicial code, the Indian Civil Defense Code and the Indian Witness Act in the country there were a positive change in the criminal justice system. Home Affairs Minister Amit Shah will set up the six-day state level exhibition in JECC, Sitapura, on October 13 to commemorate the completion of one year of these three new laws. He said that the relevant departments must work according to their assigned responsibilities and ensure a successful organization of the exhibition and the maximum participation of the general public. During this, general secretary Sudhanshu Pant, director -general of police Rajiv Kumar Sharma and senior officers from various departments, was present. CM Bhajan Lal, CM Bhajan Lal, provided information that a meeting of officials in the office of the Chief Minister was held on the preparations for the inauguration program of the proposed exhibition on new criminal laws at JECC in Sitapura, Jaipur on October 13 by the Minister of Homes and Cooperation AMIT Shah. In the meeting, different points, including a successful organization of the program, were discussed a smooth operation of arrangements and security management, and the necessary directions were given to the officials. Earlier, a meeting was held in the office of the Chief Minister on the preparations for the Army Day Parade, which will be arranged for the first time in Rajasthan on January 15, 2026.
