Senior leaders of parties run campaigns. In this sequence, Union Home Minister Amit Shah reached Bihar’s capital Patna on Thursday and will give a boost to the BJP’s election preparations on Friday. The office of Union Home Minister and Cooperation Minister Amit Shah posted on the social media platform ‘X’ and said that Amit Shah has reached Patna for various programs related to the Bihar Assembly elections, where he was welcomed at the airport. Bihar Assembly election in-charge Dharmendra Pradhan, Bihar BJP state president Dilip Jaiswal and Union Minister of State for Home Affairs Nityanand Rai and other BJP leaders and workers welcome Amit Shah. Let us tell you that the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has fielded candidates on all 101 seats in its account. The Central Election Committee of the Bharatiya Janata Party on Wednesday released the third list of 18 candidates for the Assembly Elections 2025 in Bihar. According to the third list by the party, Nand Kishore Ram from Ramnagar, Sanjay Pandey from Narkatiaganj, Ram Singh from Bagaha and Vinay Bihari from Lauria got the ticket, while Narayan Prasad from Nautan, Umakant Singh from Chanpatia, Krishnanandan Paswan from Harsiddhi and Sachindra Prasad will contest the election. BJP has nominated Lalbabu Prasad Gupta from Chiraiya and Beena Devi from Kochadhaman. The party has fielded Vinod Yadav from Bayasi, Satish Kumar Yadav from Raghopur and Kumar Shailendra from Bihpur. While the ticket was given to Murari Paswan of Pirpainti, Ashok Kumar Singh of Ramgarh, Sangeeta Kumari of Mohania, Bharat Bind of Bhabua and Ranvijay Singh of Goh. Earlier, BJP and Bharatiya Janata Party released the second list of 12 candidates, in which the name of folk singer Maithili Thakur was also announced. According to the second list of BJP, Maithili Thakur from Alinagar, Ram Chandra Prasad from Hayaghat, Ranjan Kumar from Muzaffarpur and Subhash Singh from Gopalganj seat got the ticket while Kedar Nath Singh from Baniapur, Chhoti Kumari from Chapra, Vinay Kumar Singh from Kumarpur and Birendra Rosara is in the fray. Dr. Siyaram Singh from Barh assembly constituency, Mahesh Paswan from Agiaon, Rakesh Ojha from Shahpur and retired IPS officer Anand Mishra from Buxar got the ticket. BJP released the first list of 71 candidates on Tuesday. In this list, tickets were given to many ministers of Bihar including both the Deputy CM and the former Deputy CM. It was said from the BJP that while Deputy Chief Minister Samrat Chaudhary will contest in the Tarapur Assembly, Deputy CM Vijay Sinha will be the BJP candidate from Lakhisarai. Along with this, former Deputy CM Tarkishore Prasad was made the BJP candidate from Katihar. The party also gave tickets to many ministers and MPs from their traditional assembly seats.
