They work throughout the year, which is why they look so suitable for a specific film. ‘ He added: “Depending on the requirements of the film, they start planning months before, sometimes 4-6 months before they shoot. They follow strict diet-specific workouts to reach the appearance of their character. And once they reach that physique, it is just as important, especially because shooting days can stretch up to 12 hours.” What is the key to consistency? Vinod Channa further explained that stars even with jam -packed schedules do not allow fitness to slip. ‘When they find time, they make sure to work out and stick to a disciplined diet. Their meals are not compromised.
