Barabanki, bodies of a young couple, was found on a tree on the outskirts of the Bihura village in the Barabanki district of Uttar Pradesh. Police said on Thursday that the deceased was identified as Suraj, a resident of the Paharpur village, while the girl Nisha Bano was of the neighboring Bihura village. He said that both were in a relationship for four years, but that they could not marry because of social and religious obstacles. The two ran away a few days ago, but returned under the pressure of their families. After that, Suraj’s family decided her marriage three months ago. DK Singh, officer of the station house, said: “Both lived in half a kilometer radius of each other. Suraj had done farming with his father earlier, while Nisha studied graduation.” “They met regularly in the same mango orchard, where their bodies were found. The place is about 200 meters from Nisha’s house and 300 meters from Suraj’s house. ‘ The SHO said the wife of Suraj said at about 2am on Thursday that she had been missing from home. He said he could not be detected, even after much research by the family. The SHO said some villagers noticed in the direction of the fields on Thursday morning that the bodies of the couple were hanging on a mango tree. The body was tied with a dupatta and pot and made a loop. He said police, after receiving the information, reached the place immediately. The SHO said that the bodies were sent to post -mortem and that the case was being investigated intensely.
