Husband and wife, who were caught with 48 bottle beer, presumably crossed the border again and again
A shocking incident came to light from the Nawada district of Bihar, which shocked both the local administration and the general public. During the vehicle control operation at the Rajauli -integrated check post, a scooty was stopped by the team of the Excise Division. The couple, who looked like an ordinary couple, tried to hide their identity as soon as the team was noticed, but during the search their real face emerged. A total of 48 bottles of beer were recovered from Scooty, making it clear that the couple had long been involved in smuggling illegal drinks. During interrogation, the man and woman accepted that they had bought drinks at Koda in Jharkhand and sold it in the Gaya district Bihar. His business has been going on for several months and he regularly crossed the border and brought the consignment of goods. He said he earned good profits at the local level because of this business, which is why his business has grown rapidly. Used scooty instead of large vehicles, the special thing is that the couple used scooty instead of large vehicles. His argument was that the suspicion of Scooty is less, and since they are a couple, the police consider them an ordinary passenger and do not take the investigation seriously. These tactics also gave him several times success, but this time the vigilance of the team destroyed his business. Police are investigating the entire network, the local administration says that this gang is not limited to Nawada. The excise department is now investigating the entire network and preparing them to identify and keep other potential smugglers. Officials estimate that more people from across the border involve more people who run this business with great context. Both of the arrested people were sent to the jail in terms of the excise law. This incident once again proves how ordinary people can join illegal activities on a large scale. The vigilance of the administration and the timely investigation also helped prevent massive crimes.
