Notification issued to five political parties of Jharkhand on the Instructions of the Election Commission of India

This notice was issued against the parties facing the allegations of violating the election code. However, it was violated by several parties, which issued the notice to them. It is said that this notice was issued to parties that were included in public places without permission, or used illegal or offensive material in their promotional material. The Electoral Commission has ordered these parties to respond within 7 days. After this, if the commission does not get satisfaction with the answer of these parties, strict steps can be taken.
